P-40.1 and sections 79.18 to 79.20 of the Regulation respecting the application of the Consumer Protection Act, CQLR, c P-40.1, r. 3, the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information necessary for the maintenance or repair of goods imported, advertised, or sold by Alger Furniture & Appliances or its subsidiaries.
